Because all of our products are made-to-order and 3D printed by hand, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges. Each item is unique, and small variations are part of the creative process.

That said, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number, a photo of the issue, and a quick description of the problem. We’ll review it and offer a replacement or refund if needed.

Keep in mind: 3D printed items naturally have subtle layer lines, slight surface textures, or tiny gaps — these are not defects, but part of the handmade charm.

All of our products are 3D printed in-house, which means they’re crafted layer by layer with care and intention. Because of this handmade process, each piece will have its own unique character.

You may notice:

• Fine layer lines or light surface texture

• Small gaps, seams, or asymmetry

• Minor color variations between prints

These are not flaws — they’re simply part of the nature (and charm) of 3D printed goods. We believe they add to the magic of owning something thoughtfully made by real people, not machines.

We do our best to ensure quality and consistency, and we inspect every item before it leaves our hands. If something arrives damaged during shipping or has a defect beyond normal variation, contact us within 5 days and we’ll make it right.

Our Limited Editions are special, seasonal, or one-time color combinations and designs that are only available for a short time or in small quantities. Once they’re gone, they’re gone — like a rare first edition on a hidden shelf.

Each Limited Edition is designed to feel extra magical and collectible, whether it’s tied to a season, theme, or new idea we’re experimenting with. For example, our Stone Edition is a limited August release with a gray-blue and beige palette inspired by calm mountain mornings.

Our standard processing time is 3–7 business days, but during launch month (August 2025), please allow up to 4 weeks for your order to be made, packed, and shipped. This is our very first chapter, and we’re so grateful for your support as we work through orders with love (and lots of filament).
